The padding is second to none and that makes wearing the Berghaus Twentyfourseven Backpack a pleasure. So many rucksack tend to rub and rock, but Berghaus have got this right. It includes the padded flow system which enables a flow of air between you and the backpack.

Inside you will find a laptop compartment or is you want, use it for a hydration bladder, this rucksack means you can take that option. There are several pockets inside including zipped ones that you don’t find on many other backpacks.

Outside you have mesh pockets for your drinks or insect spray and walking pole attachments along with ‘tighteners’ to secure the backpack even further.

Size wise, you will be able to fit a 15 inch laptop in securely with enough room for text books, an A4 folder and other student essentials. If out hiking, there is enough room and compartments for all your walking needs.

Although not advertised as waterproof, the Berghaus Twentyfourseven Backpack does a good job of keeping water out and keeping it’s shape after a soaking.

All in all, this is as near as a perfect daypack you could hope for and gets a solid 4.8 out of 5 from us. So, why not a 5/5 and a perfect score?

Well, being finicky, it’s not really a 25l back pack, more like a 22L and bulky items do tend to stick out. But that’s about it!
